AT USMAN ALI JEWELLERY TRADING UK LTD, we adhere to a meticulous product inspection process prior to shipment. We are pleased to offer our customers the opportunity to request refunds within a 14-day period from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, complete with intact security tags and gift boxes. Additionally, items must exhibit no signs of prior usage. We kindly request photographic evidence of the tags still attached to facilitate the verification process. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return postage fees and will also incur a processing charge equivalent to 3% of the item's value and a £10 administration fee.
